Search Engine Optimization Tips for Your Website

Posted by A.I. Admin
Search%20engine%20optimization%20tips

Increasing your website's visibility to search engines will not only drive more traffic to your site, but it will also increase your overall Internet exposure and search engine "quality score".  There are more than 200 factors that Google takes into account when computing your website's rank for specific search terms. This blog post will focus on the top four most easiest and valuable modifications you can make that search engines value.

Making your website rank on the first page of Google can be a very labor intensive process, however there are a few simple things that you can do to help your website be more search engine friendly.

These tips are for clients using the standard application suite from Alternate Image, which allows you to update your own meta-tags, name your landing pages, and add alt-tags to images (in the new and admin area content management systems).

4 Simple Search Engine Tips for Your Website
(Things you can do using your AI website application tools)

1. Content is king. Yes, you've heard before that content is what search engines like. Well it's true. Google looks for content (more than 800 words on a page to make it relevant) while Bing and Yahoo seem to be okay with shorter website page articles (they look at the first 400 words on the page).  Either way, make sure that your website pages have good, clear, keyword rich content.  Bold your keywords and be sure to include them at the beginning and end of your page.

Don't want to clutter up your home page with too may words? Add landing pages and link form your home page to these pages with more content. Write content that is interesting and important for your website visitors.

What can you write about? Hoteliers should write about the area's attractions, Realtors should write about local living info and real estate buying guides, businesses should write about frequently asked questions pertaining to their industry, and non-profits should write about their cause.

2. Add Alt-tags to your images. Search engines do not know what your images are, which is why you have to tell them in the alt-tag. When using the new content management system in the admin area for blog posts, mailers, calendar or news stories, if you insert an image there is a field for "Alt-Tag". This is where you would include your short keyword rich sentence to describe your image. Take it a step further and name the actual image file a keyword. Ex: If you are inserting an image of your hotel, save the file as "Daytona-beach-oceanfront-hotels" and upload it using the alt-tag "Daytona Beach Oceanfront Hotels". This will let the search engines know what your image is. It also helps the picture show up in Google Image searches.

3. Name your landing pages using keywords.  Search engines pay attention more to websites with the keywords in their url. Say  your website name is "Tomsbicycles.com" and you are trying to rank for search keywords like "Daytona Beach bicycle stores".  Add a page to your website called "daytona-beach-bicycle-stores" and add related content using your keywords and image with the alt-tags. . You can create this on the fly in the admin area by going to Content>Landing Pages>Add Landing Page. The name field is where you would add your page title.  Once submitted, your website page url will be www.tombicycles.com/daytona-beach-bicycle-stores.  (Be sure to add a dash between words so that the search engines will treat them as separate words).

4. Add meta-tags. In your admin area, go to Content>Meta-tags to edit your meta-tags. This is how you tell the search engines what each website page is about.  Not sure what meta-tags are? The following information is taken from our Wiki article on Meta-Tags, found under SEO tips in the Alternate Image Wiki. This is also found under the instructions tab in the Meta-tags part of your admin area. You can also edit meta-tags for calendar items, news items, blog posts, and Realtor listings by going to the details of these items.

What Are Meta-Tags?

Meta Tags are used to help tell search engines what your website page is all about. There are 3 different types of meta-tags, which are used to display your website listing on the search engine results page as seen below:

Meta Title
This also appears on the title bar of your website window. This is the title of the web page and should contain your search engine keywords. (5-10 words, less then 65 characters)

Meta Description
A short description of the web page content. The first 155 characters will appear on the search engine results page as your webpage description. This is a short (less than 155 characters) description of your web page and should include your keywords at least twice.

Meta Keywords
Keywords are not visible in search engine results, however these tell the search engines which keywords apply to your website page. Separate keyword phrases by commas and avoid stop words like "to, from, what, in, " etc. Add 5-8 solid keyword phrases per page, with no more than 255 characters.

These are simple but powerful tips for ranking on the search engines. It does take time but going forward if you make it a habit to take the extra minute to fill in the meta-tags and image alt-tags you will see that your website will be better liked by the search engines. Adding content can be a labor intensive task, if you need help then ask Alternate Image about our search engine optimization services. Email mic@alternateimage.com for a keyword report to see where you are currently ranking and what we can do for your website.

Millions Use Yelp to Find Hotels, Businesses and Services

Posted by A.I. Admin
Best%20of%20Yelp
Over one million people are using Yelp each month just to find hotels. More than 32 million consumers are using Yelp each month to write reviews and search for businesses making it the #1 travel application for the iPhone.

Is your business on Yelp? If not, it's important to claim your business and start reaching out to new customers and reviewers. This is one social media application you don't want to ignore.

What is Yelp?
Yelp is an online application that allows people to write reviews of businesses and find them in the "Yelp pages" business directory. You can see all of the reviews on your favorite local businesses and find their contact info, see photos of the business, and go directly to their website.

The Welcome page showcases the best of Yelp restaurants, shopping, nightlife and beauty/spas. Looking at the best of Daytona I can see that five of these businesses are within walking distance of our office!  Lucky us to be surrounded by such well reviewed and liked places.

One thing to keep in mind about Yelp is that they use a sophisticated filter to remove "fake" reviews by business owners themselves. They want real reviews by real people. Don't try to mess with the system by adding a ton of fake reviews - this will only hurt your page as Yelp does not take kindly to phony reviews.

Watch this video on how to use Yelp for your business.

Getting on Yelp

1. First, start by finding your business to see if you are already listed on Yelp.
https://biz.yelp.com/signup/

2. If your business is already listed on Yelp click on the listing to view the details.
3. Click "Is this your business?"
4. Go to step one to begin unlocking your page
5. Fill out the form with your name, email and password.
6. This will then begin the phone authentication process, make sure that you are near the business phone you have listed and can answer it.
7. Your business phone will be called asking for the code that appears on your screen. Enter it into the telephone.
8. Your business account will now be unlocked and you can access the Yelp tools on your account page.

Marketing Your Business Through Yelp

1. Make sure all your business info is correct; hours of operation, address, pictures, etc.). It is important that you list as much info as possible for the user and that all the info is accurate.

2. Add photos of your business, especially for hotels. Most people may not even bother visiting your website, they will have everything they need within Yelp to compare nearby hotels. Be sure that you show them the best up to date pictures of your hotel's property.

3. Respond to all reviews, both negative and positive. One of the downsides to using an application like this is it's potential to hurt your company's image with bad reviews.  It is important that you use any negative reviews as feedback for how you can improve your business. You cannot remove a negative review and the best way to deal with it is to address it. You can post a public reply in which you should address the issue, apologize for any problems, and offer the customer a second chance to try out your company or hotel.  See the Yelp tips for replying to customer reviews.

Yelp%20Discount

4. Add a Yelp user special or discount. If a user is "shopping" for hotels, why not give them an added incentive with a coupon or discount? Restaurants will see great success with coupons, users will have all the more reason to visit your business and use their coupon. Be sure to have a way for users to redeem the coupon, which is most easily done by directing them to a landing page where they can print the coupon or special offer, or see a promo code for the discount.

Adding a Yelp Button to Your Website

You can add a Yelp badge to your site so that users can easily review your hotel or business from your own website. Simply copy the embed code and send a support ticket telling us where you would like your Yelp badge. A good place is the footer or sidebar areas. Go here to get the embed code to display a large or small review badge that will pull your latest reviews.
Keep in mind that this will display ALL reviews of your business, good and bad.

Download%20Yelp%20Buttons

You can also add an image and link it directly to your Yelp badge within the content management system. Go here to download various types of Yelp buttons. Upload your Yelp button to the content management media gallery and insert it into the web page. If you are using the new CMS, you will want to select "Link Image" and insert your Yelp profile page website address here. In the old CMS you will need to insert the image, then highlight it so that it turns grey, and the insert a hyperlink with the Yelp profile address.

Now that  you are on Yelp be sure to keep your business page updated often and to respond to reviews. Social media is what you make it. Good luck!

Add some fresh content to your website and make it pop with beautiful web icons and stock photos. There are many different websites out there for finding photos to suit all budgets. This blog post reviews the top websites for stock photos and where to find free social media and website icons.

Top Websites for Free Icons

Smashing Magazine
Holiday%20Icons
This site has BEAUTIFUL collections of free illustrations and icons that you can use for free on your website. I recommend downloading the PNG file types if possible unless you have Photoshop and can open the PSD files.

There are so many different icons to choose from with a variety of themes. These illustrations are perfect for website landing pages and offer a visually pleasing image that will help break up large blocks of text on the page.

These are perfect for holiday emails, your general newsletter emails, landing pages, blog posts and more!

Another great site full of free social media icons for every type and style of website.

Best Source for Free Images

Microsoft Clip Art
Clip art has come a long way from the simple cartoon like images we once saw in Word documents to the free stock photos that they now offer on Microsoft Clip Art online.
Be aware that these cannot be used for commercial purposes like advertising materials, we
recommend just using them on landing pages or email blasts. If you like the images and want to purchase a high res image for printing, there is a link to where you can purchase (usually Getty Images of iStockPhoto). The best way to use this site is to search for your images, download them into Microsoft Word, then insert them into a Word document. Right mouse click to save as picture and you now have an image file to upload to your website.

Best Source for Cheap Images
iStockPhoto.com

iStockPhoto.com
Setup an account and use credits to purchase images, illustrations, video clips, or even audio. You can get web sized images for just a few credits. The pricing can be seen to the right.

There are more expensive categories of images called "Vetta", which are the premium images. The best way to find what you need is to search for generic stuff and then click "find similar" when you see an image you like.  Create a lightbox to store your images in so you can go back to them later.

123rf.com
Another great cheap stock photography site. Images are purchased with credits and are not always as great as what you can find at iStockPhoto, but are cheap none the less. Just like iStock Photos, you can create a lightbox to store your images in so you can go back to them later.  Pricing plans for 123rf.com can be seen below.

Need Custom Property Photos?

Professional%20website%20photography

There is nothing better than a professional and stunning photo of your property to use on your website. If your hotel or business is located within Volusia County, call us for pricing on photography and video packages. We will work with you to develop a 2-3 minute video tour of your property and give you a CD of high resolution images, suitable for print and web. The video will be uploaded as an HD video on YouTube, which can be shared across your social media channels and on the website.

Email Spam - Why is There So Much Junk in Our Inboxes?

Posted by A.I. Admin
Spam%20Email
The amount of spam we receive has been increasing each year as Spammers have become more and more creative with ways to sneak emails past your junk filters to try and get you to click on a link, download an attachment, or even worse, a virus.  NOTE: Zimbra scans emails and their attachments for viruses, so none of our users should really be in serious risk of getting a virus in their email.

Spam stands for Non-Solicited Pornography And Marketing and is essentially an unsolicited email that is sent in bulk to numerous recipients via email. Spam averages about 78% of all email that is sent, and of that about 81% is "pharmacy ads" (we've all seen the Viagra-type emails).

According to the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, commercial bulk emails must adhere to certain specifications to be "legal". Although it is extremely difficult to regulate, many major email account providers, like Gmail, Aol, Comcast (Roadrunner), Yahoo and Hotmail, will block emails from ISP addresses that have a high rate of being marked as Spam by the recipient. This is why it is important to mark these emails as junk or spam so that it will prevent spammers from successfully sending emails again.

Tips for Recognizing Spam
The overall goal of a spam email is to get you to click on a link or an attachment. DO NOT DO THIS! instead, mark this type of mail as junk. The only way to prevent spam from this sender is to mark it as junk or spam. Deleting the email will do nothing.

Recent types of spam have included messages that appear to be from your webmaster telling you that your new account has been created, with a document for you to download. (See below). The best way to tell if this is a real or fake email is to look at the sender's email address, not their name. Emails from Alternate Image will always be from either Mic, Val, or Morgan@alternateimage.com. You can see below that the reply to email address is windshield@roustabouts.com, and not Bikeweek.com Team, which is what the sender has put in as their name. This is misleading as most email inboxes show the display name, and not the address.
Careful inspection will show the true source of the email.

Spam

Another popular type of spam is an email telling you you've received an e-card greeting, that you've made an Amazon order, that you have a UPS package, etc. These will try and get you to download a virus or other malicious file. You can see in the email below that the link is for an executable file.
DO NOT EVER CLICK TO OPEN AN .EXE FILE.

* If you hover your mouse over a link, the website address will appear in the bottom of your browser (if you have this setting turned on). This will reveal the true source of the link, you can tell immediately if this is a legit website link or a link to some random spam site.

Spam

Commonly asked questions about spam:

Where did they get my email address?
The more visible your website is, the more visible it is to Spammers. Robots crawl websites looking for contact emails. Emails can be harvested from chatrooms, customer lists, newsgroups and viruses. It is important to mention in your company privacy policy that you do not sell email addresses that you collect and to explain exactly what customer emails are used for. It is also important that you unsubscribe from unwanted commercial emails versus marking those as Spam. In some cases, once you register for something your email can be sold to other companies, which increases your amount of unsolicited emails.  These may not necessarily be harmful spam emails, but are still very annoying. A true spam email will not have a way for you to unsubscribe, and will need to be marked as junk.

How can I stop them?
Mark all spam emails as junk in your inbox. This will help your email account system learn which emails are spam and will block other related emails from getting to your inbox.  You can also setup an email filter to block specific words or senders.
Learn more about setting up email filters in Zimbra.

Unfortunately there are no other ways to stop spam. These people learn the behaviors of spam filters and then adjust their email messages accordingly. The best way to bock the sender is to mark the email message as junk or spam and your email program will learn to block emails from this sender or related senders and messages.

What are the requirements for sending bulk mail?
The CAN-SPAM act of 2003 allows certain types of emails to be sent without needing permission (opt-ins) from the recipients as long as the email meets these three requirements:

1. Unsubscribe compliance - must have a visible and operable unsubscribe mechanism present in all emails. Consumer opt-out requests are honored within 10 days. Opt out lists must only be used for compliance purposes.
2. Content compliance - must have an accurate from line, relevant subject lines, a legitimate physical address of the publisher, and a label if adult content is present.
3. Sending Behavior Compliance - messages cannot be sent through an open relay, cannot use a false header and cannot be sent to harvested email addresses.
* Alternate Image's mailer application is compliant with the CAN-SPAM Act.

PCI Compliance: What is the process and What to expect

Posted by A.I. Master
Alternate%20Image%20is%20PCI%20Compliant
Major credit card issuers created PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance standards to protect personal information and ensure security when companies process, store, or transmit credit card information. For a more defined definition of PCI Compliance be sure to read our blog article.

If you run credit cards, eventually your processor may ask you to prove that your website is PCI compliant. PCI compliance is just a simple security test. The credit card processor wants to ensure that there are no glaring vulnerabilities that would allow hackers to access sensitive data regarding your users' credit card information.

In this article, we're going to take you through the steps of PCI compliance and let you know what to expect.

The process of PCI compliance testing is usually an annual process and is required to prove certain security parameters based on the server and programming you use for your website. Alternate Image's websites are written in Cold Fusion, a language made by Adobe.

To achieve PCI compliance, your credit card processor has a PCI vendor (of their choosing) run a remote scan of your website. After the scan, there are usually always a few items (vulnerabilities) that need clarification. These items are appealed through the PCI vendor and then declare you"PCI compliant"....for this year. Yes, you read that right. Once you get a PCI request, it's something that has to be done every year.

The reason they need clarification is because they simply can't see much with their remote scans. For example: if your website is written in ColdFusion, you always get a couple standard ColdFusion specific"vulnerabilities". If the website were written in PHP, you would get the standard PHP vulnerabilities, and so on. These vulnerabilities are not seen through the scan, therefore, they require an appeals process to clarify and confirm that security measures are being taken care of.

An example of a Cold Fusion"vulnerability" is"Predictable Session IDs". To resolve this issue,
Alternate%20Image%20is%20PCI%20Compliant
we simply run our servers with"J2EE session variables". The PCI vendors are even nice enough to tell us what the solutions are. Adobe (the makers of ColdFusion), published a tech note specifying what to do in order to ensure PCI compliance. It is literally a checkbox in our ColdFusion administration panel. But because the PCI vendor is scanning remotely, they cannot verify whether this box is checked or not. This is why there is a PCI appeals process.

You will receive a login to your PCI vendor's website. Here we can see whatever"vulnerabilities" they have found and can resolve them through the standard appeals process of each one. In the case of the"Predictable Session IDs", we confirm for the vendor that we are, in fact, running J2EE Sessions and we point them to the Adobe tech note. Problem solved. This is how each vulnerability is handled and therefore each vulnerability is resolved.

Unfortunately, this is not a onetime process. Because PCI is continually requiring and monitoring websites for these vulnerabilities, each year they will be scanning and each year we will be following the PCI appeals process to resolve the vulnerabilities found.

This is not something you should be alarmed about, however it is important you are informed. We have found some PCI vendors to be more difficult to work with and therefore we suggest TrustKeeper, whom we work with exclusively. TrustKeeper is a certified PCI compliance provider for all credit card companies. They have proven to respond regularly and timely. If the PCI vendor does not respond you will continue to receive messages that you are not PCI compliance which can result in additional fees and frustration.

If you have any questions about PCI Compliance please do not hesitate to call 386-760-1774.

NEW! Manage your Google Places Page Reviews

Posted by A.I. Admin
Google Places can be a powerful resource for customers searching for your business online.  One of the drawbacks with Google Places is that it allows users to submit reviews that everyone can see. Business owners cannot delete and (up until now) could not reply to these reviews, which seemed a bit unfair.

Your entire company's reputation is in the hands of Google users. I myself have read so many horrible reviews about businesses on their Google Places page, as this is one of the first things to show up when you are searching for the page. It's helpful to see what other people have written about a business or restaurant but sometimes you wonder if there is a second side to that story.  Well, now there can be.

Google has just introduced business owners with the ability to post replies to reviews on their Google Places pages.

See a screen shot below of how a business owner's reply should be used:

Google%20Places
This is a great way to turn negative comments into something more positive for your business. It also allows you to explain your business policies or other rules that may not have been mentioned in a bad review. Basically, it allows business owners to defend themselves when given a poor review. I don't recommend posting responses that bad mouth the reviewer, but to address any issues honestly and tell how you are working to fix them. Let your business be the hero.

Read Google's tips for posting responses to reviews

How do you post replies to your Google Places page reviews?

1. Login to Google Places.
2. Your dashboard will display all of your Google Places businesses. Click on the business name you would like to post a response to.
3. On the right hand side you will see this:

Google%20Places%20Review

4. Click on Reviews. This will open your reviews page.
5. Click"Respond Publicly as the Owner" and type in your response. Click Publish to have your response submitted.
6. Your review response will now be shown on your Google Places page.

I recommend checking your Google Places page frequently (at least weekly) to be able to respond quickly to all reviews and better manage your business's reputation with customers.

Is Your Business Found on GPS?

Posted by A.I. Admin
Update%20your%20GPS%20listing
A restaurant client recently told me about how a customer was traveling to the restaurant and entered in the restaurant name in their GPS. They were surprised when they were navigated to a residential home - the restaurant owner's residence! Somewhere and somehow the restaurant owners had put their home address for the business which had made it's way to the GPS database, providing confusing instructions for drivers.

More and more people rely on their GPS to navigate them to businesses and other places of interest. If your business is not listed correctly this could be costing you customers! The goal is always to be as visible as possible. If a customer is searching for your business make sure they can easily find up to date contact info on your website, Google Places listing, GPS, phone book, Facebook, or other places you are listed.

How do you make sure your business GPS listing is correct?

There are a variety of GPS providers, some which share the same database. Below are the two major GPS map providers with links to update your business listing.

NAVTEQ
Used by Garmin, Magellan, MapQuest, Bing, Navigon, and Yahoo Maps
http://mapreporter.navteq.com

Tele Atlas
Used by Mio and Tom Tom
http://mapinsight.teleatlas.com

Existing Location Errors for Garmin:
Garmin customers can submit errors or omissions in Garmin's MapSource cartography or POI business listings at http://www8.garmin.com/cartography/mapSource/errorForm.jsp

Submissions can be verified in as little as a few weeks or sit idle for years waiting to be updated. You are at the mercy of the mapping service however most easy fixes will be updated easily. Adding new roads takes much longer as this information is more difficult to verify. Most submissions will send you an email with a link to track thr progress - save this and check back on your listing update often.

Note about Google Maps: In the USA, Google is now using a combination of the USGS/Tiger data along with data they have collected themselves. They are now accepting corrections directly. They still use other vendors such as Tele Atlas in other areas of the world. Unfortunately, corrections they cannot verify from their desks though aerial imagery or their street view imagery are mostly coming back with"sorry, we can't correct that type of issue" messages. The quality of their maps has seriously declined as a result of their change.

Using Your Mailer Application to Stay in Touch With Customers

Posted by A.I. Admin
Stay in Touch With Your Customers!

The mailer, a website application that comes standard for Alternate Image websites, allows you to send professional looking email newsletters to your database. This application can be used free of charge to send unlimited emails as often as you like. Email newsletters are a great way to stay in touch with your customers or prospects or send quick updates on specials and deals.  When compared to sites like Emma or Constant Contact that charge per email or by your list size, you can save a lot of money by sending your emails through your AI website mailer. Some of our favorite email blast designs created in our mailer application can be seen throughout this blog for inspiration.

Send an E-Mail Blast About....

Bodez%20Newsletter
 - Specials! Discounts! Deals! People love getting coupons or news about limited time offers or specials that are exclusively for email subscribers. This gives your subscribers a reason NOT to opt out of your future mailings.

 - Upcoming Events. Emails are the easiest way to quickly spread the word about last minute events or get people aware of upcoming events of interest. Be sure to link to a page in your website for users to read more info.

 - Staying in Touch. Keep your business in your customer's top of mind awareness by sending monthly email newsletters. Be sure to talk about the latest awards, press, new products or services, and any recent recognition your company has received.

Our mailer automatically removes users who wish to unsubscribe and will also remove duplicate emails and invalid email address from the list. You can see how many of your emails were opened and view archives in your"Archived Mail" button under"Mailer".

Mailer Tips
Daytona%20Blues%20Festival

- Don't send emails too often. People will start to unsubscribe! Every 4-6 weeks is a good timeframe.
- Write a good subject line. Create a catchy and interesting subject line that will make people want to open your email. Subject lines can increase (or decrease) your open rate - so choose wisely!
- More text, less graphics. Do not send just one large image. This sets off SPAM filters and will most likely get send to the junk folder. Graphic heavy emails might look nicer but why do all that work if no one will ever get to see it?
- Include links back to your website. We see a lot of clients send out great information on deals and specials but do not link anywhere to their website. If you are sending info about a product, link directly to the product page. If you are sending info about a real estate listing, link to the property details page. Hotels should link to their specials page or make a special landing page specific for their email blast to give more info on their deal.

Commonly Asked Mailer Questions:

Clinton%20South%20Beach
Where is my user database?
You can see a complete list of users under"Users" in the Security menu.  Subscribed users will show a check mark next to them, this means they will receive your email.

Can I add more users to my database?
Yes. Download a user template here. The only required field needed to create a user is their email address, which must go in the first column of your spreadsheet. To add new users to your database email help@aisupportdesk.com and attach your spreadsheet. Be sure to include your website name and whether you would like your users added to the default user group or to a specific user group you have created.

How are the emails collected?
When a user signs-up to receive your newsletter they are automatically added to the database as a default user. If you are a hotel with the Open Hotel booking engine, your guests emails will automatically be added to your database. Emails are also collected from: Store purchases, Realtor inquiries or property inquiries, guestbook comments, news story comments and blog comments.

What is CAN-SPAM Compliance?
The FTC regulates email marketing to reduce SPAM. To be in compliance your email must have an easy unsubscribe link or email address for users wanting to opt-out.  The sender's physical address and contact info must appear at the bottom of the email. Users must have opted in or given you their email address. You cannot purchase lists or keep sending unwanted emails to users who have unsubscribed.  We strive to make all of our emails compliant by automatically adding a CAN-SPAM compliance statement in your email footers with your business address and name (address is pulled from your site settings and can be changed in your site settings in the admin area) as well as a way for users to unsubscribe.

Never used your mailer before? Be sure to contact AI to make sure that your mailer has been set up with your custom mailer header. Custom templates with more advanced designs can be created starting at $200 per template (one time design fee, template can be used for unlimited emails).

Message from the President: New Content Manager and More

Posted by A.I. Admin

I feel like today  should be a holiday.

We are proud to announce version 2.0 of our Escape Content Management System. This release comes after a long development and testing process in which we re-wrote everything from the ground up.

Some of the more notable features include, cross browser support (yeah!), drastically improved media management, and cleaner, more compliant HTML. With this milestone behind us, we're now getting ready to announce some more updates to Open Hotel, even more Blog enhancements, and a couple really cool secret projects that you will have to wait find out about!

For anyone who is not familiar with programming or content management systems, this is a MAJOR application to develop in house. Most webmasters pay to use a third party license and then pass that fee on to their clients. This causes issues usually because there is no way to make any changes or fixes to the CMS if it was not developed by the webmaster, and 3rd party CMS fees are usually based per webpage and per user. This can get very pricey for larger sites. We allow our clients to have an unlimited number or landing pages and website administrators, which is a great cost savings. It also allows our clients to instantly update the majority of their website content without having to pay additional hourly maintenance fees.
